All our items are brand new in a sealed box. We do not accept returns on opened items unless the item is broken. If you receive an incorrect item please contact us and do not open it otherwise we will not exchange it. You can rest assured we do not sell used items, not only would it be unhygienic but its just well ewww.....
We are an online shop only we do not allow customer visits.
Of course you can refer anyone you know and we appreciate your referral.
To cancel an order simply drop us an email at [email protected] or when the driver calls you, let him know that you wish to cancel. There are no cancellation charges.
Choose the product you wish to order and checkout through the online shopping cart system. Once payment has been made via Local Bank Transfer (SCB) your order will be dispatched and tracking number provided.

For returns please contact [email protected]. Kindly note that we do not accept returns for opened or used items. If the box is opened we will not accept returns. Refunds will be processed within 7 days once the item has been received.

The process is 100% discreet and the privacy of our clients is paramount. All order history is erased once the delivery is complete and the item will be packaged in completely plain packaging. The courier delivering your item does not know whats inside the package so you have nothing to worry about or any chance of embarrassment.

Orders over 2000 THB qualify for free delivery! Orders under 2000 THB are charged a small fee to cover costs. (50THB)
